- 4 live lobsters
- 1 pound of mussels
- 1 pound of clams
- 2 pounds of potatoes, quartered
- 4 ears of corn, halved
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 lemons, cut into wedges
- Old Bay seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the lobsters, mussels, and clams to the pot.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the lobsters turn bright red.
- Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Drain the pot and transfer the seafood and vegetables to a serving platter.
- Melt butter and serve with lemon wedges and Old Bay seasoning.
