Description

Lobster dumplings are a delicious seafood treat, perfect as an appetizer or main dish.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lobster meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture onto the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water.
  4. Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle and press to seal.
  5. Bring the two corners of the triangle together and pinch to seal.
  6. Boil water in a pot and steam the dumplings for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
