- 1 lb lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup wonton wrappers
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the mixture onto the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water.
- Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle and press to seal.
- Bring the two corners of the triangle together and pinch to seal.
- Boil water in a pot and steam the dumplings for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.

- Ensure the lobster meat is fresh for the best flavor.
- You can substitute crab meat if desired.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
