Description

Delicious lobster egg rolls filled with tender lobster meat and fresh vegetables.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup carrots, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lobster meat, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface.
  3. Place a spoonful of the lobster mixture in the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
