Description
Delicious lobster egg rolls filled with tender lobster meat and fresh vegetables.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup carrots, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface.
- Place a spoonful of the lobster mixture in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
