A delicious lobster etouffee recipe featuring tender lobster in a rich, flavorful sauce.
Ingrédients

- 2 lobsters (about 1.5 lbs each)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Boil lobsters in salted water for 8-10 minutes. Remove and cool.
- Extract meat from lobster and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour and stir to make a roux until golden brown.
- Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are soft.
- Slowly add seafood stock, stirring constantly.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and Cajun seasoning.
- Add lobster meat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice.
