- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the lobsters and cook for about 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red.
- Remove the lobsters and let them cool.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the butter mixture.
- Crack the lobsters and remove the meat.
- Combine the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Serve garnished with parsley.
