Description
A delicious blend of lobster and cheese grilled to perfection between two slices of bread.
Ingrédients

- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side, layer cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Add the lobster mixture on top of the cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before slicing.
