Description

A delicious blend of lobster and cheese grilled to perfection between two slices of bread.


Ingrédients

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix lobster meat with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  4. On the unbuttered side, layer cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add the lobster mixture on top of the cheese.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  7. Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before slicing.
