Ingrédients

- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
- Gently fold in the chopped lobster meat.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- Serve with a sprinkle of sea salt on top.
- You can add a drizzle of lobster oil for extra flavor.
