- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped

- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chopped lobster meat, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls and insert skewers into each ball.
- Place the lobster lollipops on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
