Description

Lobster lollipops are a delightful seafood treat. They combine tender lobster meat with flavorful seasonings, all served on a stick for easy eating.

  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped lobster meat, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and insert skewers into each ball.
  4. Place the lobster lollipops on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
