Description
A delicious lobster melt sandwich featuring tender lobster meat, melted cheese, and a toasted bun.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, and green onions.
- Spread the lobster mixture on two slices of bread.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the remaining slices of bread on top.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Grill the sandwiches until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
