- 2 lobster tails
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lobster tails in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the lobster meat and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add flour and whisk until smooth.
- Gradually add milk, whisking continuously until thickened.
- Stir in Gruyère cheese until melted.
- Add lobster meat, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
