Description
A rich and creamy seafood dish made with lobster, eggs, and brandy.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sherry or brandy
- 2 egg yolks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and mushrooms, sauté until soft.
- Stir in lobster meat and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add sherry or brandy, simmer for 2 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cream, milk, and egg yolks.
- Slowly add the cream mixture to the skillet, stirring constantly.
- Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
Notes
- Serve over buttered toast or in a puff pastry shell.
- Use freshly cooked lobster for best flavor.
