Ingrédients

  • 2 cups Arborio rice
  • 4 cups seafood broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 teaspoon saffron threads
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in rice and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add seafood broth, saffron, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Fold in lobster and peas; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
