Ingrédients

- 1 lobster, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups Arborio rice
- 4 cups seafood broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 teaspoon saffron threads
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until soft.
- Stir in rice and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add seafood broth, saffron, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Fold in lobster and peas; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
