Description
A delicious lobster pie made with fresh lobster meat and a creamy filling.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add flour, salt, pepper, and paprika, stirring until smooth.
- Gradually whisk in the milk and cream, cooking until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lobster meat and lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Serve with a side salad.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
