Ingrédients

- 8 oz cooked lobster meat
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine sushi rice and water in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
- Add cooked lobster meat to the sauce and let it marinate for a few minutes.
- Fluff the rice and divide it among serving bowls.
- Top the rice with marinated lobster, avocado, cucumber, carrot, radishes, and green onions.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
