Ingrédients

- 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a tablespoon of the lobster mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to form triangles and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
- Serve with a side of lemon wedges.
