Description

Delicious lobster puff pastry filled with creamy lobster mixture.


Ingrédients

  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix lobster meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the lobster mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over to form triangles and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
