Description

A delicious lobster quesadilla recipe that combines tender lobster meat with melted cheese in a crispy tortilla.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced bell peppers and cook until soft.
  3. Add chopped lobster meat and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place a tortilla in the skillet.
  6. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the tortilla.
  7. Add the lobster mixture on top of the cheese.
  8. Top with remaining cheese and another tortilla.
  9. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  10. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
