  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Bring chicken broth to a simmer in a large pot.
  2. Add miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to the pot.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Add lobster tails and cook until they are opaque, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove lobster, let cool, and then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Add ramen noodles and bok choy to the pot, cooking for 3-4 minutes until noodles are tender.
  7. Return chopped lobster to the pot and heat through.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
