A delicious and flavorful lobster ramen dish.
Ingrédients

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Bring chicken broth to a simmer in a large pot.
- Add miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to the pot.
- Cook for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Add lobster tails and cook until they are opaque, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove lobster, let cool, and then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Add ramen noodles and bok choy to the pot, cooking for 3-4 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Return chopped lobster to the pot and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Can substitute with shrimp if desired.
