Description
A flavorful rice dish featuring succulent lobster.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups of jasmine rice
- 1 pound of lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 4 cups of seafood stock
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in the rice and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add seafood stock, salt, pepper, and paprika. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
- Once the rice is cooked, gently fold in the lobster meat.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
