Description
A delicious lobster roll bun filled with fresh lobster meat.
Ingrédients

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 hot dog buns
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
Instructions
- Boil lobster tails for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove lobster meat from shells and chop into pieces.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add lobster meat, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Mix mayonnaise and chives in a separate bowl.
- Toast the hot dog buns lightly.
- Fill buns with lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately.
