A delicious lobster salad sandwich made with fresh ingredients.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, and chives.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Toast the bread slices if desired.
- Place lettuce on two slices of bread.
- Spoon lobster mixture on top of the lettuce.
- Top with remaining bread slices.
- Cut sandwiches in half and serve.
