A seafood boil featuring lobster, shrimp, and vegetables.


Ingrédients

  • 2 lobsters
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 4 ears corn, cut in half
  • 1 lb small potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Water, enough to fill pot

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and potatoes to the boiling water.
  3. Cook potatoes for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add lobsters and shrimp, and cook for 3-5 minutes until shrimp are pink.
  6. Drain and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Serve with melted butter for dipping.
  • Can substitute other seafood as desired.
