Description
A seafood boil featuring lobster, shrimp, and vegetables.
Ingrédients

- 2 lobsters
- 1 lb shrimp
- 4 ears corn, cut in half
- 1 lb small potatoes
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Water, enough to fill pot
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
- Add Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and potatoes to the boiling water.
- Cook potatoes for about 10 minutes.
- Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add lobsters and shrimp, and cook for 3-5 minutes until shrimp are pink.
- Drain and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with melted butter for dipping.
- Can substitute other seafood as desired.
