- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the lobster tails into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add lobster pieces to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Thread the lobster onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve with extra lemon wedges.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
