Description
A delicious lobster spaghetti dish that combines fresh seafood with pasta.
Ingrédients

- 200g spaghetti
- 1 lobster (about 500g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup white wine
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and add the lobster. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove lobster and let it cool. Once cool, remove the meat and chop it into pieces.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add lobster meat and cooked spaghetti. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- Use fresh lobster for better flavor.
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes based on your spice preference.
- Pair with a crisp white wine.
