Description

A delicious lobster spaghetti dish that combines fresh seafood with pasta.


Ingrédients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 1 lobster (about 500g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and add the lobster. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Remove lobster and let it cool. Once cool, remove the meat and chop it into pieces.
  4. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Add lobster meat and cooked spaghetti. Toss to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
