Description
A creamy and flavorful lobster stew filled with tender lobster meat and vegetables.
Ingrédients

- 2 lobsters (about 1.5 lbs each)
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the lobsters for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
- In a pot, melt butter and sauté onion, carrots, celery, and garlic until soft.
- Add seafood stock and thyme, then bring to a simmer.
- Remove lobster meat from shells and chop into pieces.
- Add lobster meat to the pot and stir in heavy cream.
- Season with salt and pepper, then heat until warmed through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For a thicker stew, add a roux or cornstarch slurry.
- Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
