Description

Ingrédients

  • 8 ounces cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • Soy sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Combine rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to manufacturer instructions.
  3. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
  4. Once the rice is cooked, transfer to a bowl and gently fold in the vinegar mixture.
  5. Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
  6. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  7. Add a line of lobster, avocado, and cucumber on top of the rice.
  8. Roll the sushi tightly away from you, using the mat to help shape it.
  9. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
  10. Serve with soy sauce.
