Description
Lobster sushi is a delicious fusion dish that combines fresh lobster with sushi rice and seaweed.

- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- Soy sauce for serving
Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to manufacturer instructions.
- In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
- Once the rice is cooked, transfer to a bowl and gently fold in the vinegar mixture.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
- Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
- Add a line of lobster, avocado, and cucumber on top of the rice.
- Roll the sushi tightly away from you, using the mat to help shape it.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve with soy sauce.
