Description
Lobster tacos with a creamy sauce.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups cooked lobster meat
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, and salt.
- Add cooked lobster meat and stir to combine.
- Warm the tortillas on a skillet.
- Place shredded cabbage on each tortilla.
- Add lobster mixture on top of the cabbage.
- Garnish with cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Adjust spice levels as desired.
- Can substitute corn tortillas with flour tortillas.
