- 2 lobster tails
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them down the middle.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan and add garlic and lemon juice.
- Brush the lobster tails with garlic butter.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Grill the lobster tails for 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Serve the lobster tail alongside the steak.
