A collection of delicious side dishes that pair well with lobster tail.
Ingrédients
- Garlic Butter: 1/2 cup
- Fresh Lemon: 1
- Parsley: 1/4 cup, chopped
- Asparagus: 1 bunch
- Potatoes: 4, medium
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
- Pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and chop the potatoes into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- While potatoes roast, trim the asparagus and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add asparagus to the baking sheet during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
- Melt garlic butter and mix in lemon juice and parsley.
- Serve lobster tail with roasted potatoes, asparagus, and garlic butter sauce.
