- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the middle.
- Carefully pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and add garlic and lemon juice.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
- Serve hot with additional butter if desired.
