Delicious lobster tails baked with garlic butter.
Ingrédients

- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper to the melted butter.
- Cut the lobster tails down the middle and gently pull the meat up.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster is opaque.
- Serve with extra garlic butter on the side.

- Adjust garlic quantity to your taste.
