Ingrédients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare a loaf pan by lining it with plastic wrap.
  2. In a bowl, mix the lobster meat, heavy cream, mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin in warm water and add it to the lobster mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Unmold the terrine and slice to serve.

  • Serve with a light salad.
