A rich and elegant lobster terrine perfect for special occasions.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare a loaf pan by lining it with plastic wrap.
- In a bowl, mix the lobster meat, heavy cream, mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Dissolve the gelatin in warm water and add it to the lobster mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Unmold the terrine and slice to serve.
Notes
- Serve with a light salad.
- Garnish with additional chives.
- Can be made a day in advance.
