- 2 lobster tails
- 8 ounces of linguine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add lobster tails and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Pour in white wine and add cherry tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Stir in fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
