Ingrédients

- 1 lobster (1-2 lbs)
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the lobster and boil for 8-10 minutes until cooked.
- Remove the lobster and let it cool.
- In a separate pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add rice, paprika, salt, and pepper, stir well.
- Add water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.
- Remove lobster meat from the shell and chop it into pieces.
- Mix lobster meat into the rice before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
