A classic Maine lobster roll featuring fresh lobster meat in a buttery roll.

- 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 top-split hot dog buns
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Leaf lettuce for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter each side of the hot dog buns.
- Toast the buns in the skillet until golden brown.
- Place lettuce in each bun.
- Scoop the lobster mixture into the buns.
- Serve immediately.
