Delicious maple snickerdoodle cookies with a twist of maple flavor.

- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar, for rolling
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon for rolling.
- Form dough into balls and roll them in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
- Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- For a stronger maple flavor, add more maple syrup.
- You can substitute brown sugar for a richer taste.
