Mini cheesecakes for Valentine’s Day.


Ingrédients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Fresh strawberries for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and sour cream. Mix until fully incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  5. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of mini cupcake liners.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Top with fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth texture.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
  • These mini cheesecakes can be made a day in advance.
