Description
Monkey bread is a sweet, sticky pastry made from pieces of dough rolled in cinnamon sugar and baked together.

- 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters.
- Roll each piece in the sugar mixture.
- Layer the pieces in a greased bundt pan.
- If using, sprinkle nuts between the layers.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
Notes
- You can add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
