Description
A traditional New England lobster bake featuring fresh lobster, clams, corn, and potatoes.
Ingrédients

- 4 lobsters
- 2 dozen clams
- 4 ears of corn, husked and cut in half
- 4 large potatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Sea salt to taste
- Water for steaming
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
- Add sea salt to the boiling water.
- Place lobster in the pot and cover.
- After 8 minutes, add clams, corn, and potatoes.
- Cover and steam for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.
Notes
- Ensure lobsters are alive before cooking.
- Use a large enough pot to fit all ingredients.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the lobsters.
