Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add sea salt to the boiling water.
  3. Place lobster in the pot and cover.
  4. After 8 minutes, add clams, corn, and potatoes.
  5. Cover and steam for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.
