Description
A festive meal to celebrate New Year’s Eve with family and friends.
Ingrédients

- 2 pounds of beef tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of red wine
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub the beef with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef on all sides.
- Transfer the beef to a baking dish and pour red wine around it.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until desired doneness.
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Melt butter in the skillet and pour over the beef before serving.
Notes
- Serve with roasted vegetables.
- Pair with a nice red wine.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of the beef.
