Description
Traditional method of brewing tea using a samovar.
Ingrédients

- 8 cups water
- 4 tablespoons loose black tea
- 1 cup sugar (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Fill the samovar with water and place it on the heat source.
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add loose black tea to the boiling water.
- Allow the tea to steep for 10 minutes.
- If desired, add sugar and mint leaves.
- Serve hot with additional hot water for dilution.
