Ingrédients

- 1 cup natural almond butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond butter and honey until combined.
- Add protein powder and cocoa powder, and stir until smooth.
- Incorporate vanilla extract and mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate and place back on the sheet.
- Chill again until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Use a dairy-free chocolate for a fully paleo option.
