Instructions

  1. Roast the peanuts in an oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  2. Allow the peanuts to cool slightly.
  3. Add peanuts, salt, and honey to a food processor.
  4. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  5. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For crunchy peanut butter, blend half of the peanuts separately and mix them in.
  • Use unsalted peanuts for less sodium.
