- 2 cups peanuts

- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Roast the peanuts in an oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Allow the peanuts to cool slightly.
- Add peanuts, salt, and honey to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
Notes
- For crunchy peanut butter, blend half of the peanuts separately and mix them in.
- Use unsalted peanuts for less sodium.
