Description
A delicious and creamy peanut butter spread that you can enjoy on toast, in smoothies or straight from the jar.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups of roasted peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Instructions
- Roast peanuts in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Let the peanuts cool for a few minutes.
- Place the peanuts in a food processor.
- Add salt and honey if desired.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Adjust the salt to taste.
- For crunchy peanut butter, reserve some peanuts and add them back in after blending.
- Use within 2 weeks for best flavor.
