Description
A delicious treat made with peanut butter and Oreo cookies, dipped in chocolate.
Ingrédients

- 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil together until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the chocolate and coat evenly.
- Place the dipped balls back on the baking sheet and chill until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- You can use dark chocolate or white chocolate for dipping.
- Allow the chocolate to cool slightly before dipping.
