Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture. Stir until combined.
- Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let cool and decorate with chocolate hearts.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute almond butter if desired.
