Ingrédients

  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of peppermint crisps, crushed
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the base of a square dish.
  4. Layer half of the whipped cream over the biscuit base.
  5. Add half of the crushed peppermint crisps on top of the whipped cream.
  6. Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup over the peppermint layer.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  9. Slice and serve cold.
