Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Chill the patties in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each patty into the melted chocolate to coat.
- Place coated patties on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top before the chocolate sets.
- Let the chocolate harden at room temperature or in the fridge.
