  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add whipped cream and peppermint extract to the cream cheese mixture and fold together.
  5. If desired, add green food coloring for color.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
