Ingrédients

- 2 whole lobsters (about 1.5 pounds each)
- 4 quarts of water
- 1 cup of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Bring water, white wine, and salt to a boil in a large pot.
- Add lobsters to the pot headfirst.
- Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes until lobsters are bright red.
- Remove lobsters and place in an ice bath to stop cooking.
- Once cooled, remove the meat from the shells.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
