- 2 pounds of cod or haddock
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large pot of water to boiling.
- Add salt and the fish to the water.
- Boil for about 10-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter and mix in lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning.
- Drain the fish and serve with the seasoned butter.
